Pre-Cut Jambalaya Meat Source?

Does anyone know where to get pre-cut chicken, pork and sausage for large jambalaya cooks in, or near, Ascension Parish? I just spoke to Rouses and they said they don't do that, though they did when it was LeBlanc's.
Thanks in advance.

All Matherne's locations do it. As well as Lamendola's.

The places listed below, especially Lamendola's and T-Waynes........but, I always found cutting up the meat and veggies a great excuse for fellowship and beer drinking.

Rouse's most definitely does it. It's where I get mine. Whoever you spoke with lied. Now, there are times when they don't have some readily cut/available, but if you ask the people behind the counter they will cut it up while you wait or shop.

All the local stores will do it. Just call them ahead of time and they will have it ready.
