Trade up to the top of Round 2?

Anyone think the Saints will trade up to the top of the 2nd round and target someone like Will Johnson or Mike Green, like they did with Kool-Aid last year?
It will cost +/- a 4th rounder to move up from 40.

They won't trade up. Just draft like whatever. This isn't a draft to get cute. Probably should have traded down from 9 if anything.
