What is often referred to as racism today is really just the frustration of a large segment of the white community to a large segment of the black community’s inability to accept responsibility for their actions and inactions that lead to societal harm.

Well said. People, especially Leftists, conflate "racial" w/ "racism" all the fricking time.
We can have discussions about racial groups, and subsects of those groups, compared to other groups and point out why one group outperforms another. That is a "racial" topic. Just because you point out where some races, or subsects of races are going off the rails doesn't mean the issue is now "racist".
I'm whiter than Norway. I know that SE Asians have higher IQs than whites. Does that all of a sudden make me a racist against whites? Of course not.
