Functional medicine for Autoimmune

Have had RA for over 22 years. I'm at my wits end and all the modern biologic meds seemed to quit working.
Getting ready for work is a chore, and any life outside of work is non-existent.
I've contacted a couple functional medicine clinics, and one seems promising. Has anyone had any success with one of these?
I don't want to be scammed as the are talking $4k to $8k.

I empathize with you dealing with a chronic issue like RA, but $4k-8k for a functional medicine doctor to tell you try eating some berries and taking turmeric seems like a scam

I have inflammatory arthritis...carnivore diet completely eliminates my symptoms

My cousin developed RA and could barely walk. Just went total nuts on a healthy diet. Her symptoms disappeared. Mostly eats veggies, fruits, beans, fish, and some meat. Makes her own nut butters. Occasionally sourdough bread. Drinks, turmeric, ginger, pepper tea daily. Not sure what else.
