72 percent of lawsuits against Trump assigned to judges appointed by Obama and Biden.

The Gavel has broken down the more than 200 lawsuits challenging major Trump administration actions and it found that most of the cases — 72 percent — have been assigned to judges appointed by a Democratic president.

The bulk of those cases are being overseen by those appointed by some of President Trump’s top political foes — former Presidents Obama and Biden.
The judges don’t always rule against Trump, but their flood of injunctions — and plaintiffs’ attempt to bring their cases in favorable courts — has led Trump to lash out by calling many of them Democratic activists and insisting they don’t have the power to tell him how to conduct his administration’s business.

Google is free. The trick is, just because you don’t “like” the source/the source is “woke” etc, that doesn’t make it not true. Hope this helps!

edit- the following post contains an inaccurate conclusion due to my failure to understand the article the first time I read it. I will try to do better.
According to their own article that tracks closely with the percentage of judges appointed by D's vs R's.

And Republicans have still done dick!
Who could have predicted this.

This is a designed strategy, and it will be in full effect for four years.
They have openly stated they will use the courts to slow Trump down.
It is all they have at this point.

Conveniently left out this part
“ But just because a judge was appointed by a Democrat or a Republican doesn’t necessarily dictate how they’ll rule. Trump has had his fair share of losses handed down by his own appointees — and wins from judges appointed by presidents of the opposing party.”

Lawfare is the tactic to tie Trump admin up until midterms and beyond. Not shocking at all. Anyone who has been paying attention could see this mode of operation.

Well, in the last 16 years 75% of the time either Obama or Biden was in office so I am gonna say this is not that surprising.

Democrats hat laws and judges' decisions.
My proof is the 2020 election and abortion.
I would argue the majority of the country believes Judges make wrong decisions and bad judgements.
Think about the people that come on here and spout shite about the wrongfully convicted but then bitch about ignoring a judge.
Umm... hello, you clearly think people are wrongly judged all the time and don't agree with judges' decisions on any number of cases.

Bush appointed 327 and Obama 329.
Trump 234
Biden 235
The only way it makes sense is Orange Man Bad.

The presidents who were appointing judges 16/20 years.
and you know they will all eventually be heard by a court that Trump appointed 1/3 of.
