Detillier: it’s no secret that Loomis and Dumars are very close friends

I knew he had friends in the ownership but I didn’t realize it was he and Loomis were the connection.
Loomis will not rest until he has turned both franchises into a steaming ruin. I almost respect the dedication.
(This is the first time I’ve listened to WWL at length in awhile. Detillier is crushing the Dumars decision. Is Bobby semi-retired?)

I really don’t think Loomis has a hand in this, it’s Dumars having Louisiana ties and Gayle/Lauscha thinking he can win the fanbase over because of that.

If you don’t think loomis didn’t talk those two into that idea of hiring Dumars idk what to tell you. Of course he’s not the main decision maker but he has influence

Since hiring Loomis’ buddy worked out so well for the Saints. The real villain here isn’t Willie or Griff, it’s Loomis. He’s just giving both teams fanbase the big frick you right now he can do whatever without fear of losing his job.
