Training Day
The Pianist

Tie for me, which is pretty amazing considering I just saw The Pianist a few months ago and I put Training Day on another level when it comes to favorite movies.

There's probably a dozen movies that I'd stop what I was doing and sit down to watch any day anytime. And I never stop what i'm doing and sit down. And, I've been carrying the flag for Last of the Mohicans in another thread - it's beautiful. But probably my favorite movie of all time is Rear Window. It's one I introduced to all my kids about the same time I introduced them to The Beatles, and they all love both. There's just not a mis-step anywhere in Rear Window and if Grace Kelly was any more beautiful the movie would just melt from its own heat.
