A burrito with eggs, Jimmy Dean sage sausage, sour cream, pico de gallo or salsa or both, and cheese. Good any time all the time. Also can skip the tortilla and just eat all the above layered in a bowl. It all works any time of day.

Had some from Don's Specialty Meats yesterday, it was off the charts good. Very spicy, and I like spicy food. If it wasn't so bad for you I could definitely eat it every day.

boudin is a great answer also - as a matter of fact I just ate a boudin omelette and some of that hash brown casserole that someone posted last week

The boudin omelette with hash browns at the Chimes was sent to us from heaven.

Best Stop was #1 about 15 years ago. Several others have surpassed them since then.

Billys is the best IMO. I enjoy a rice texture and not fried slop, which is what Best Stop has turned in to.
