With the Nico Iamaleava news, do you even care about college football anymore?

I’m quickly approaching “no”
Baseball is still the purest it seems right now.
Basketball doesn’t seem this bad yet but could get there quickly if they aren’t careful.
I’m almost completely out on football at this point though.

What an embarrassment for Tennessee football. I would be disgusted if someone on our roster pulled that. It’s coming eventually though. Don’t see NIL being cleaned up soon enough, it’s the Wild West currently

Have you looked at where half of our baseball team was playing at last year? There's just not as much money involved in college baseball as there is in college basketball and football, so it may seem a little less blatant.
Regardless, I still care because I enjoy watching sports. I'm not some emotionally driven dude that gets bent out of shape over athletes trying to maximize their value. Although, I do wish they would find some way to fix the portal.

I actually blame the short sighted teams more than the players. If teams would “collude” a little bit and agree “we aren’t engaging in this shite anymore. Even if you win the battle for one guy we all lose the war eventually” you could curb a lot of this. That won’t happen though. Programs are just too thirsty.

You just have to come to the realization that a multitude of players will come and go each year and don’t get attached to or hopes up that anybody will stick around and develop anymore. Players like Nuss are the last of their kind.
