I wouldn’t hate it. I think he can be had at 15 but, he is the best db in this draft and the people calling him a nickel are just idiots. He can play outside corner, nickel, and some safety. That kid is a stud.

Barron is an elite zone corner. He hasn't played much man coverage and has average athleticism for a corner. Does Staley run a lot of zone? If not, it would be stupid to draft Barron with a top-10 pick.

He’s 5’11 200 lbs and ran a 4.39 40 time, 35” vert and a 10’3 broad jump. I wouldn’t call that average athleticism

Staley runs mostly zone. Plus Barron's DC at Texas is now PGC for Saints.
