Screams and Complains about balls/strikes with every pitch. Feels like watching a little league game with crazy drunk parents around

I was listening on the radio and there is someone screaming at the top of their lungs after literally every pitch. Obnoxious would be an understatement. The thing is though, I can’t figure out if it is a 13 year old boy, a woman, or a college boy who sounds like an 8th grader.
