Non citizen =/= illegal. Some have rights to work in this country through the refugee program.

They were made “legal” by turning off all prior limits in the SS system. Prior to Biden things like work visas or green cards were required. Those limits were turned off by the Biden administration. Thus the reason the numbers jumped from 200k to 2 million in just a few years.
In just 4 states, over a thousand registered to vote and did so. That is illegal.
