Matt basketball roster building

Do we have enough size to compete in the sec or we gonna run a 6’6 pf again ? Do we have anyone above 6’10?

We don’t ? You do realize we have two more guards that’s coming In with this recruiting class ? Pretty sure roster maxed out unless someone transfers.

We also have Miller, Nwoko, Reed, Collins plus the frehsman who are all above 6'6.
So 5 of our 13 are for 2 positions.

Just can’t wait to watch this team rebound the ball lol. Another season of 4 guards on the court standing around the 3 point line with zero off ball movement. Maybe it’s time for Matt to change his coaching philosophy

We have a 6'10 transfer (Michael Nwoko) and two returning players listed at 6'10 (Jalen Reed, Robert Miller)

The only forward we had listed under 6'8" was TreDez Green. All the others were listed 6-8 or taller.
The guys we got coming in through the portal are a PG, a 6'6" SG, and a 6-10 C.

lol I love how everyone half stupid on this . Everyone so optimistic maybe all we were missing is a 6’10 dude from miss state who averaged 4 rebounds a game and only had two rebounds vs a whole bunch of 6’7 dudes on mcnees

Oh let’s save this lol. I can’t wait to see the product next year literally can’t wait . So far ima 3 for 3 on calling how bad MM teams have been at lsu . This one mark my words will be his worst yet

That's quite a bold prediction given he's already had two seasons with only 14 wins and 3 or less SEC wins. That doesn't leave much space to be the "worst yet". If you are right, we are talking worst (or close to the worst) season in the entire history of the program.

Not sure how anyone could answer this since we have like 4 total players on the roster for next year as of now.
