Travelling to Interlaken for 4 days. What are the must see cities, sights that I can cover in 4 days? Kid want to visit Geneva for a day.

The Interlaken/Lauterbrunnen/Grindelwald area is the best part of the country. If you only have 4 days, spend them there.
This applies mostly to the summer, as that is when we went.

This… Grindelwald is heaven on earth. We did a day trip to the Lindt Chocolate factory which was a cool excursion.

Lauterbrunnen /murren/ grindelwald are a must and can be seen in 1 day. I spent a week in Lauterbrunnen last summer and it was the best vacation I’ve ever taken.

Interlaken area
And spend one day in Lucerne. Lucerne is probably going my favorite city in the world.

Adding that budget more for expenses in Switzerland. The food, lodging and entertainment are more expensive than you'd expect versus the rest of most of Europe. The Swiss Franc exchange rate isn't very good and they're proud of everything they sell.
But it's worth it.
Oh and eat real raclette. Not that fondue touristy crap. The raclette cheese is amazing.

The Grand Hotel in Interlaken would be a good base. Like others have said, you could stay there the whole time. If you must take a detour to a city, I would go to nearby Lucerne rather than Geneva.

Victorias Jungfrau Grand Hotel? I've stayed there. 5 star for sure.

That is the one. Beautiful place.
We didn’t stay there. We were on a tour that used that as our base in Interlaken for the day then we went on to Lucerne which is about an hour away.

I only went to the Lake Como area but damn Switzerland was by far the most expensive place I've been just regular stuff was crazy expensive. But it was beautiful. Would gladly return.
