And it continues... Reuters

BOSTON, March 29 (Reuters) - A federal judge in Massachusetts on Friday temporarily barred the deportation of a Turkish doctoral student at Tufts University, who voiced support for Palestinians in Israel's war in Gaza and was detained by U.S. immigration officials this week.
Rumeysa Ozturk, 30, was taken into custody by U.S. immigration authorities near her Massachusetts home on Tuesday, according to a video showing the arrest by masked federal agents. U.S. officials revoked her visa.

I love how these articles point out "support for Palestinians in gaza" but neglect to mention the hamas parts

These judges need to be charged with treason. We can’t remove terrorists from our own soil?

America is pretty much done.
Country is full of judges that would protect foreigners first.

This administration is using people with the most tenuous relationship to US civil rights and freedoms to test the bounds of what they can get away with to police opinions counter to their ideological positions. They'll continue to push the boundaries until they're disappearing you, a United States citizen, for a facebook post counter to the current propaganda regime.
Here's the problem: it is all fun and games when your team owns the executive branch but the expansion of executive power never retracts when your team leaves office. These tactics will be used on right-wing immigrants in a few years. The duopoly will continue working their angles until we arrive at what I'm talking about above.

And the right-wing judges won't have the balls to file these injunctions.

I see the opposite. I see a federal executive that will shite on the 1st amendment freedoms that are entitled to foreigners on US soil all the same as citizens under completely specious "national security" concerns. As if a fricking college paper editorial undermines the overdetermined foreign policy of the duopoly.

A green card or visa holder with terrorist ties isn’t entitled to be in our country. They’re a guest.

What did she do to support hamas?

Where does this end? What if a Dem tosses an Israeli student for "supporting genocide"? Let's say Kamala won and made Victoria Nuland her SOS and she's scooping up students critical of our support for Ukraine for supporting "terrorist Putin."

Stating that Israel should stop genociding Palestinians isn't a tie to terrorists you absolutely propagandized dumb frick. And again, foreigners on our soil are entitled to freedom of speech and none of her speech in the editorial terroristic.
They're using these vulnerable populations with more limited rights to essentially establish the legal precedence that stating things like Israel is the bad guy as much or more so as Hamas at this juncture is not protected speech for citizens.

IF (and that's a big if) that op-ed is the sole reason then they're definitely getting into questionable territory. She's a guest here so my jimmies aren't overly rustled but this isn't something that should be taken lightly. Saying Israel sucks shouldn't be grounds for action in the US.

If that’s all you think is happening I’m afraid you’re severely misinformed.
