What's crazy is that people will now take sides on this. Average Americans will convince themselves that Iran either is or isn't working on a nuclear weapon and be mad at the side that disagrees

Is that true?
On one hand, you have an openly anti-American regime, a repressive government that understand that nuclear weapons provide leverage, and the traditional government consensus (Iran actively pursuing nuclear weapons)
On the other, you have reasons why Iran may not want the smoke, dysfunction/limitations of the regime, and the position of Tulsi Gabbard/current admin.
I have no qualms whatsoever saying both are plausible to me and that I have no clue what Iran has or may be actively trying to do in this regard.

The people in the intelligence community who lie like most people breathe have been clamoring for war with Iran for the past 45 years based on them obtaining nuclear weapons. We are doing the bidding of Saudi Arabia and Israel by perpetuating the hostilities between our country and Iran. The Persians are miles more cultured and reasonable than the savages on the Arabian Peninsula who we count as allies.

On one hand they’ve been building one for what is it now.. close to twenty years. On the other hand they’re very secretive about their facilities and not giving inspectors the ability to go in and check stuff out without a ridiculous amount of heads up.
