UConn director of communications Bobby Mullen reportedly asked asked for the video to be removed before threatening Ellis, saying he would "ruin his life if he didn't." Gabe McDonald, also of Charlotte Sports Live, says the confrontation multiple other reporters and staff witnessed the confrontation.
"The lasting image of coach Hurley leaving the court should have been his walking off the court arm-in-arm with his seniors, overwhelmed with emotion," Mullens said in a statement to Charlotte Sports Live. "Instead, a reporter was in an area he should not have been, recorded on his cell phone a private comment made to members of another coaching staff.”

It wasn’t like Hurley was huddled in a conversation with the Baylor coaches. He was walking in an open area and was practically yelling. He made no attempt to hide what he was saying. How many times do we see videos of athletes and coaches in the tunnel either before or after a game? It isn’t a safe space.
They’re just upset that someone captured Hurley being a douchebag.

If I was Hurley I would embrace the villain role now.
He is the best coach in the country (showed it again this weekend with an outgunned team) and he can work to "force" change like Saban did for a decade
Saban would complain indirectly every time his team lost basically. Nothing like "they cheated" but it would always have something behind. When OSU beat Bama in 2014 it was "we had too many players looking forward to the draft" which made no sense

Feels like everyone associated with UConn is soft as baby shite.

Boo hoo. The comment was made in public. Dude is just salty because it shows Hurley being the douchebag that he is.

Mullen is a fat arse, who isn't doing shite, but maybe stealing your lunch while it's in the fridge at work. His wife/Gfriend has been hit by the chelsea clinton ugly stick

Anyone who walks off after a loss touting what they did before is the lowest of all.
Any coach worth a shite doesn't think about the titles he won, he anguishes over the ones he lost. Any coaching legend will say that, and truly mean it.
That arrogant frick want to point to his ring finger about the past....keep winning you POS, and then you'll be a true legend. And not just in your own mind..

The funny thing is that Hurley kept his bitching about the refs to the post game PC, it would resonate more and people would be more than likely to believe him because he’s a two time champion.
But he just had to passive aggressively be a whiney douche and try to make a scene instead. The guy definitely has more than a screw loose.
