That’s not unreasonable, but that route could have also led to doing this silly shite every time the WH changed hands. That could still happen but doing it this way makes it politically harder to reverse.
Renaming bases was an unforced error, and the left knows that now. I doubt they’ll want to touch it again.

Eh. It’s still the name that people had. Was it really the new name that was offensive or rather what it represented in that change? Having back at Bragg at least strikes at heart of the democrats bs. I look at the change as sex with the twin sister, feels familiar but not as crazy as the other

The original change was stupid, but at least they were acting from principle as they saw it.
This new change was perhaps worse, because there was no principle involved at all.

They did exactly what the dipshits did to Fort Polk. Named it for someone that had no real significance.
Yet now the DIMs cant explain the reason for dead naming it if they ever take the WH again. It will remain Fort Bragg forever
