I know this is a bit political but I just feel this is good to warn people if you have woman in you lives who own a Tesla. These freaks seem to be men who just target women.

These people have been allowed to run wild for almost a decade now. They attack and cause violence and are either never investigated or charges get dropped because they live in a city where the leadership supports these actions. You haven’t seen one leader in the entire party call for this to stop.

Since he was following her, honking at her, and harassing her on the road, as soon as he got out of his car in a ski mask and started approaching her she should be able to floor it and hit him with her car and get away. That would be completely justifiable IMO.
These motherfrickers are gonna end up doing this to the wrong person one day and it will end in a justified self-defense death.

ummm because it isn't. if someone cuts you off in the middle of the street and gets out and approaches your car, especially with a ski mask on, you have the right to defend yourself from imminent threat. especially if she used the car to run over him or if she warns him to stop but keeps coming and she shoots him

You could definitely make an argument for self-defense.
How is the Tesla driver supposed to know what his intent is?
He's got a mask on, makes her stop, and comes at her in a threatening manner. I'd definitely feel my safety to be in jeopardy in that situation.
