So will this finally put the lid on ALL the TRO's or just this one? Common sense says if one judge can't tread here then all the rest can't either.

Clarence Thomas has said for years that SCOTUS needs to reign in all these nationwide injunctions from district court judges.

What I don't understand about this TRO is what is the judge trying to restrain? TDA has been deported to El Salvador prison. Too late.
Furthermore Tom Homan continues to do his work and deporting illegals.
So what does this restraining order restrain?

I just saw that sloppy Steve is calling for Trump to run again Twitter Link and due to his prior attacks on Elon at very inappropriate times. I don't watch war room.

I think they want the battle at SCOTUS, they don’t care about the collateral. And they are too blind to see that Stephen Miller orchestrated this hill for battle. It should be a straight victory, but Robert’s and ACB. I think the good guys win, but will the ruling be so vague that we have to continue down this mindless path?

Not sure, but I think the Judge certified a class, so the TRO applies to deporting any member of that class.

Julie Kelly has a substack up that Boasberg is baiting Trump for contempt. It is the only explanation I can find ATM.
Julie speaks of this in the video I just posted.
Also: Decatur posted a court document from Judge Boasberg that Boasberg actually cited the SCOTUS making it 'crystal clear' blah blah blah (He was speaking of Roberts slapping Trump)

So, basically, this judge is setting a trap to usurp the rule of the President and executive branch rather than ruling by law. If coordination with other Lawfare judges and entities exist he and the others should be removed from their positions. At what point do we cross into criminal liability for them?

So this entire thing started on a class action lawsuit from the ACLU and Democracy Forward that literally calls to DISRUPT on their web page.
Democracy Forward and the ACLU were given the authority --via this leftist crooked Judge Boasberg-- to order a military plane carrying terrorists to turn around.

Yes, the judge hasn't stopped or delayed anything. There hasn't been a pause in deportations at all and the flight he attempted to stop completed the flight. The administration essentially told him to fark off.
It's just a rogue liberal judge trying to make a name for himself.
