Kind of unusual request. I am taking my family to the beach for Easter and we will be traveling from BR to Pensacola Beach. My wife really enjoys Korean food and I would like to swing by and get her some but have no idea on where to stop. Any suggestions. She puts up with alot, so I feel it’s the least I can do.

There is a Korean restaurant on the westbank of Jefferson Parish just inside the entrance to the Hong Kong Food Market if you're willing to take I-10 instead of I-12

Along the Gulf Coast, you’d do much better looking for Vietnamese food. The best Korean food in the South can actually be found along the I 65 corridor between Montgomery, AL and West Point, GA, thanks to the Hyundai and Kia plants bookending those places.
