Targets in Iran after their proxies attack our military.

We all know who pulls the strings.

Who doesn't want that, but it just creates a power vacuum and you get Iraq all over again.

Some of you are so blood thirsty that you want to kill people who are already dead. The last shah of Iran died in 1980.

So if country X supports a group that attacks country Y, would Russia be justified in bombing the United States because we arm Ukraine?

Trump is a man of peace and harmony. No more war.

On a related note….what about Iran’s diligent efforts to become fully nuclear armed, intercontinental ballistic missile capabilities included? None of our business or concern either? Serious question, I’m not being a wiseass.

I'm pretty sure that is illegal, though it shouldn't be, and the Dems would just love for him to do that.

No, I'm not. I'm just trying to understand your assertion. I don't disagree with your statement.

Under that logic, though, I would think Russia would be justified in bombing any country which supplies weapons which attack the Russian military. What's the difference?

I think the difference is probably in which party was the initial aggressor and the circumstances surrounding that factor.

Thanks for the rational response. I'm just interested in exploring the implications of proxy wars. I'm surprised that more of them don't explode into direct wars.

There was probably a time when that could have been averted, but now with the 'greater Israel' stuff, Iran is never going to stop seeking nukes. If we stop being Israel's bitch, then Israel will find a way to make peace with Iran.

Another very complicating factor in this particular case is the developing alliance between Russia, Iran and China. As I understand it the three countries have been conducting joint maritime military drills in the Gulf of Oman in recent days.

Ok ill bite and give you the rational response you seek.. I was referring to direct attacks on our military personnel.

Russia isn't directly attacking our military personnel. Ukraine is not the United States.

Iran is a terrorist nation with fingers in many places who is basically daring the United States to respond by using these groups to directly attacking us. Iran doesn't have the balls to do it themselves. Pussies.

They think they are in control when it's always us reigning it in.

I just want us to flex a few times to make them think twice.

You aren't comparing apples to apples..that's why I said you were lost.
