If anyone is familiar with little old Sandpiper Cove in Destin, a few years ago a deck like this collapsed at one of their units and I think it killed someone but after the dust settled there were close to 75 people on that little balcony

This is West Virginia behavior. Morgantown won’t be happy they’re losing their edge to their top rival.
