All I want to know is whether Ja-Biden knew and approved these pardons.
We know Robert Hur didn't want to push for prosecution, in part, because he was feeble. I doubt Biden knew much of what was happening and I wouldn't be surprised if many things 'the committee' did were without the President's knowledge or approval.

USMJ: ARTICLE 88 CONTEMPT TOWARD OFFICIALS
WHAT IS THE MAXIMUM PUNISHMENT GRANTED UNDER ARTICLE 88?
The person charged under Article 88 shall be dismissed from the armed forces, asked to forfeit all allowances and pay, be confined for one year as maximum punishment.

The law states the President has to be present at all official signings.

Speaker Johnson has said he tried to get a meeting with President Biden over Biden's E,O. on LNG affecting his State of Louisiana. Biden's staff denied the Speaker's meeting.
When he was finally allowed, Biden's cabinet officials were all surrounding Biden. Speaker cued a private meeting, and Biden ordered them all to leave...
Biden had no knowledge of the E.O. and denied it existed.

Biden's signature saying he 'stands down' and will not be running for President is said to be a different signature than the autopen signature.

Lots of federal judges lining up to say of course a cold corpse can sign legal documents with an autopen, it's literally in the constitution, right next to open borders and abortions.

Good catch... and I was thinking of this as well.
I'm certain Biden didn't know.
Unfortuneatly, I'm almost as certain the GOP will have no appetiete for pursuing this.

Nothing like kicking off a Wednesday with a little constitutional crisis.

Why has no one questioned Speaker Johnson not speaking up in public when this happened?
Did the Speaker even go to the democrats with grave concern?

If it is limited to the pardons they MAY have a shot at overturning them, but most of JB's actions were auto pen and those will not be recinded.

Correct. That is because whatever document Biden signed to step down was handed to him directly.
I still don’t see any of this mattering though. I also don’t understand the blanket pardons legality. How can one be pardoned when they haven’t been charged with a crime?

Most have been replaced with trumps EO that invalidates Biden EOs. The pardon part is important because of the Jan 6 committee, govt officials & Biden family who got preemptive blanket pardons.
