I steadfastly support the President's decision to halt this particular war-fighting capability that the USA has been providing to Ukraine. IMHO, this particular kind of military assistance crosses the line separating passive, economic support to a foreign belligerent, over to active military war-fighting, side by side, as a co-belligerent of Ukraine at war with Russia.
IMHO, what we have done is an Act of War against Russia. I'm glad that the President has halted these Acts of War against Russia.

Why don’t they use the term “targeting system”?… Because if they did, they would be admitting the USA has been the military/IC operation firing missiles and drones against Russia.
Within the Sky News report, they go right up to the edge in describing what the “intelligence” being paused actually consists of. “Asked whether it is correct that the US has stopped sharing intelligence, the source said: “Unfortunately, yes, but not completely. It is selective. On the possibility of damage on the territory of the Russian Federation”.
Bottom Line – President Trump has paused “sharing” the U.S controlled targeting system that was being used (by Ukraine and the CIA) to target Russian military forces.

Ukrainian deaths don’t appear to be a concern for Vlod. Trump’s the only one I hear that seems to think the deaths of the brave Ukrainians matter.

If that were the case he’d also be asking Russia for a cease fire. Before the Oval Office meeting, Russia (lavrov) said they won’t accept a cease fire. Trump said nothing. Then when Z said he won’t accept a cease fire without a guaranty (since Russia has made clear they won’t stop) everyone loses their mind.
This isn’t about peace, it’s about Ukraine losing. If it were about peace he wouldn’t be trying to get only half of the relevant parties to stop fighting.

No, this isn’t true or correct.
Trump made clear multiple times that he wants a ceasefire and the fighting to end and for the parties to negotiate a peace agreement.
Trump is not going to bankroll a proxy war of attrition any longer. Ukraine will have to accept the loss of territory and Russia will have to accept the presence of Westerners in Ukraine exploiting the mineral industry which will guarantee a lasting peace.

Let me clear it up for you. One party says they don’t want a cease fire, Trump says nothing. The other party says they don’t want one, Trump loses his mind on that party. Actions clearly show he just wants one side to lose.
If you don’t want to give equipment fine, but stopping intelligence on incoming missiles and even telling the UK not to provide intel, is purely about making a country lose and have more people in that country die.
