Filing Taxes - Is an Autism diagnoses for a child/dependent tax deductible?

Maybe medical expenses associated with the diagnosis but that is AGI limited and you would need to itemize. So, short answer: no not really.

If severe, you should look into ABLE accounts. Earnings accumulate tax-free, and withdrawals are tax-free if used for qualified disability expense.
