How many people would it take to stop paying income tax before the govt bent the knee

In light of all of the BS coming out about where our taxes go, how many people would it take to stop paying income tax before the government bent the knee?
I like the most of you have known this shite was going on but with it out in the air I feel like now would be the time to organize and quit sending funds in. Our ancestors overthrew a government for like a 3% increase on taxes.
Now we pay over 50% of our income, when you add up income tax, property tax, sales tax, realized gains tax, death tax, on and on and on. We are not free, we are tax slaves and we are left with crumbs after the government gets its 10lbs of flesh. Our Lord and Savior asks for 10% so who the F is our government to demand more???

Factor in insurance (car, house, life, umbrella, etc) and I don’t know how the frick we survive on 25% of an income.

The IRS has stacks of leverage over us. It starts with gentle nudges to file your taxes. Then they have strongly worded letters. Next they have your employer taking out income taxes before you can even say no. Then they have guns.

You have to get your employer to stop taking it out of your check. That would be difficult.

It wouldn't have to be done over years. You could change your withholding, and it would make a difference. Companies pay their taxes quarterly, I believe. 1099 are supposed to be done quarterly. It would make a difference if enough people did it, but any large purchases would have to be halted also. I'm not an economist, but if enough people did it, it could send the economy into a tailspin. Unfortunately there's no way to stop large purchases without kicking the economy in the teeth.

For Federal Income Tax, you just claim Exempt of your W4. Cannot stop SS and FICA unless you can talk them into making you an independent contractor regardless of what the IRS guidelines are for the designation.

most americans pay no income tax, property tax and sales tax stays at the municipal and county level. most americans will never have capital gains the estate tax threshold is now 13.61 million. a family of 4 making a 100k a year pay's almost no income tax. most merican's n such have no skin in the game it's huge problem, it's by design and it's why we are always at war, flooded with illegal immigrants and 36 trillion dollars in debt.
