Ryan Nielsen would be the greatest hire. But it would be beneath him to go from nfl dc to college dline coach. But money talks and he had interest in lsu before.

Meatball (Dennis Johnson) just spent a year with Ravens. Not sure if he just left Baylor for the $ but maybe he is a candidate
