Wow. That's sad. Double suicide or murder/suicide I wonder.

He was 95 yrs old.. if i had had to guess his age, i would have taken the under .. even old Clint Eastwood is “only” 94 .

There was a photo posted of him recently on here and he was hardly recognizable. Think maybe a combination of his age and the time he had been away from the cameras.

Just read this on Daily Mall. How can this be?

Local media has reported that no foul play is suspected.

Could it be something like carbon monoxide poisoning? Seems like there would be mention of how the dog was killed and how the people were killed. If they were simply found, maybe it was something like CO.

Was my first thought .

Not sure if OP saw reporting that suicide was probable (link doesn’t work for me).. or just speculating .. but I haven’t seen ‘apparent suicide’ reported anywhere.. ill edit my post if that comes out to be the case .

Maybe the dog died and that was the last reason they had for living. There's not much quality of life at 95.

This would make sense with it being winter time.

I met Gene Hackman in Jackson in 1988. I just researched to see where he was living about a week ago. I expected this news anytime but not like this..

I looked up those pictures and he honestly looked pretty good for 93 or 94.

Didn't realize how long he had been out the business.
