Do you feel this country in a CRISIS? Want to get a feel for people's mood.

My feeling is we are a nation not too far from collapse. The deficit, corruption, lawfare and lawlessness, inflation, reduction in standards of living, instability in the financial markets, corruption and waistfulness, war, left wing ideologies ..

We could go on, but my perception is we are on the brink of civil unrest and societal collapse, if radical change doesn't come quickly enough.

In short, Trump is not in a typical situation going into this term. He is in a crisis situation of a magnitude similar to ww2 or the civil war.

For these reasons, I am inclined to accept any radical and atypical actions from this administration as justified for survival reasons. We are in the twilight between peace and civil war, and normalcy and economic collapse.

This is my mood. And I'm wondering if you agree.
Is it really this bad? Or have I lost my grip?

This is the best I have felt in my entire life....this is a revolution, not a crisis.

How can ANYONE disagree with a more efficient government?

Yes, I feel like Trump is a speedbump. While I support DOGE and all the cuts, I fear it may accelerate the collapse.

I feel like we had an ongoing crisis, but Winston Wolf just showed up.

I think his thought is that the cancer was here for so long that even the best chemo may not be enough.

He could be right and this is the last chance we have.

I feel like if the current admin doesn’t deliver a real crippling and lasting blow in these next 2-4 years that it’s basically over and will result in something terrible.

They’ve gone all out war and aren’t hiding it. There’s no going back. So it has the potential to be really good or really bad

Oh I agree with what Trump is doing. I just wonder if they might kill him or stop him, or if the Congress might lose their nerve, or if progress comes too slow, and we lose another election.

Buth Trump and Musk said 2024 might be the last election.

Will we have time to fix things. The voting public is dumb. Really dumb.

It's a dangerous situation because the apparatus that entails: Hollywood, MSM, entrenched bureaucracy and globalists, aren't going away. They have everything to lose. Their existence is in peril and they will fight like it. They aren't going to throw up their arms and give up.

Somethings gotta give.

If Trump hadn't won the election, America as we know it would have been finished. This American First momentum gives us a chance to set things right.
But... if we the people don't take our responsibility to voting in better government representation, this will only be a speed bump on the road to our destruction. The Marxist aren't going away, they will continue their efforts to destroy our nation. Our votes do matter and we need to accept our responsibility.

You’re getting downvoted but you’re right. Trump and the boys have to go all the way, and if they don’t the scorned elite will turn this place into something that can’t fight back

So my question is answered. About half of you agree that we are in a fight for our lives. The other half are giddy school girls.

I don’t. I did for the past 5 years but with Trump’s victory and now subsequent term, I felt an overall vibe of relief. Cautious optimism.
It may still be rough economically for the next year and a half, but I believe things will level out and the paradigm has massively shifted because people are wise to the Marxism and don’t wanna go back.
The left might try some civil unrest or uprising type of shite, but they’re in the minority and I believe people will NOT tolerate it like they did in 2020.
We are no longer afraid .

So, I’m mentally prepared for what the next step means, but what worries me a little is I’m not sure that the normie conservatives are. When things get hairy people’s sensibilities may get frazzled, and how they react will decide our fate.

You are a perfect example of TDS. I can't imagine how far up your arse your head must be.
It's a phenomenon that you can still breathe and function. There's no hope for people like yourself. Just unbelievable idiocy.
