At the intellectual level, I do wonder how, why, or if the executive branch has the unilateral authority to control available medical procedures.

The legal issue doesn't necessarily have to hinge on the transgender stuff. It may be broader than that

How in the hell have we allowed a judge from a relatively small jurisdiction power over an entire nation, due to some obscure middle of the night ruling?

Impeach that f*ggot and replace him with a Trump-appointed judge

Looks like this will be caught up in the fight that only SCOTUS can end.

That is whether or not the executive has the power to adjust spending that Congress has appropriated for executive branch functions. Basically whether that spending is mandatory as allocated, or whether the executive has the discretion to spend the money as it deems appropriate.
