I’ve only utilized my United Card for the last year (honestly get more money wise with cash back card). The perks are nice (United Club, boarding priority, baggage/seating perks, etc).

Currently around 200,000 points. InB4 rookie numbers. May be using some to book some personal travel. Is there any advantage to saving them?

What you got OT?

More than you... and I don't fly. I'm so rich that I just buy them to write them off.

None. I've flown a grand total of 4 times in my 72 years on this orb. Once to boot camp then back home when they determined I should not have been considered for enlistment due to a congenital shoulder injury they wanted no responsibility for.

Then once from N.O. to Jackson, MS and once from Houston to N.O. with both those flights being short hops.

Not afraid of flying, but would rather drive or ride my motorcycle to and from places. I have no desire to travel abroad either. I haven't done it in all this time, so why start now.

Unless you're real disciplined and willing to do a little work... Which I'm not... I collect about 700-800k Chase Ultimate Rewards points per year by buying inventory for our business, and usually just cash out every couple months. Or, if there's a good transfer deal, I'll do that and we'll take a long weekend somewhere.

Dude, next time just donate 500 miles to an organization or get a magazine subscription! Your account is "active."

Only time ive been on a plane is in military. I dont like people or crowds. No need or desire to go anywhere. One day I'll buy a vaca to some wilderness location maybe, but I'll make sure its all inclusive including airfare.

About a million or so right now. British Air is my biggest bucket with 670000. I had 350000 on Emirates but I just booked business class to Milan in June with those.

171k Delta miles. Been trying to use them I honestly don't know the last time I paid cash for a flight other than using my credit card companion ticket.
