Time for sensible knife control.
You know if I was allowed a gun or other deadly weapon, I could fire first disabling the perpetrator and end the rein of terror before he had a chance to harm someone else, but he could have a gun too. So we all fire at once, 50/50 chance I make it, still better than playing the lottery.
