I prefer a guy that knows how to coach. Energy is nice but think about the best coach’s in sports history. John Wooden, Belichick, Andy Reid, coach K etc. They were emotionless mostly during games.

Hire Alan Huss. He was the top assistant t Creighton, and he was recently hired as the head coach at High Point University where he has completely turned around a program that was in shambles.
