Silencer Shop kiosk question

Went and did my prints on one yesterday, but my registration on Silencer Shop’s site still says incomplete, and that I need to do my prints. Does it take a day or so to update, or did something go wrong? Tried calling them, but customer service isn’t open on weekends. It’s worrisome because my photo and everything else I did at the time has updated.

Yep. Mine took about a day as well.
Silencer Shop has done a good job of keeping me update of the progress and what the next step is as well as what action I need to take and when.

Most of my wait time was on silencer shop.
Took 1 months to get the cans but atf wait was only a few days.

That’s such a slick set up they did with those kiosks. The great thing is you can buy and ship from other stores, and the local dealer will let you use the kiosk (for the transfer fee) but still, it’s convenient.

Could be wrong, but I think shops with Kiosks have free transfers from Silencer Shop website. Granted they are always sold out of stuff.

In my experience, yes. In addition, sometimes the information on their website is not accurate. For example,ast time I checked, the final ATF approval has still not been approve on the SS website for the Nomad L I purchased from them a few years ago.

My experience as well. It also fell into a black hole of waiting for eforms.
Called silencer shop and they said they were waiting on the transfer store. Called transfer store and they said they were waiting on silencer shop.
Seems some parts of the process are a bit broken or slow.
Waiting time on silencer shop was close to a month. ATF approval for single shot trust was 2 days.
