Musk a ‘coward’ if he won’t testify before Congress

Be careful, what you wish for.
Rep. Seth Magaziner (D-R.I.) said tech billionaire Elon Musk would be a “coward” if he refuses to testify before Congress about what the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) is doing to revamp the federal government.
“I think if he won’t come before Congress to testify, then he’s a coward,” the lawmaker told the outlet.
“This is completely illegal,” Magaziner said. “I mean, Congress appropriates money and the president, or his unelected lackeys, don’t have the authority to just withhold money that Congress is appropriating.”
“We’re all for finding fraud and finding more efficiency in government,” the lawmaker said. “If he has ideas for how to do it he should say what they are and call them out.”
“But what he does not have the authority to do is just willy-nilly stop payments that have been appropriated by Congress with no process, no due process and no transparency,” he added. LINK

Imagine.. Instead of being mad at the people that are stealing our money and spending it 100% irresponsibly, people are mad at the man who told you that you were being ripped off.

Going under oath is Musk kryptonite.
He folded on the Twitter purchase because they were bringing him in for a deposition.

Congress appearances is just an opportunity for cucks like Corey Booker to grandstand. Don't blame Musk for not doing that. It's a performance not seeking the truth.

Well, he's autistic and to me not the best speaker, although many disagree. That's all irrelevant, what they are finding at DOGE is what has conservatives, Libertarians, minorities and everyone aside from white liberals or white no parties pissed off.

Uh, judges do this shite all the time, overruling laws passed by Congress,, do they not?

And I am so fricking glad he did. You fricking idiots created him and helped keep free speech alive. You only have yourself to blame for Trump burning down all of your worthless work.

So congress KNOWS exactly where all of this money ends up? If so, maybe he and his congressmen need to answer some questions.
As a typical politician, I don’t think that arse clients thought about his statement before making it.

Maybe Musk will see an appearance in front of Congress as safer than an open-ended deposition with opposing counsel. In Congress at least half of the questioners will spend their time kissing his arse. The other half he can just filibuster for the allotted time.

And yet, who now owns Twitter (X)?

The funds will probably have to be paid but didn't Biden try to do that with money allocated for the border wall? Exposing the waste is probably the best we can hope for...unless we can get congress to overturn the monies they allocated on these idiotic things

Show us where Congress appropriated tens of millions of dollars for Politico Pro subscriptions.
Or tranny operas in South America.
Or $20 million for an Iran Sesame Street.
Or millions of dollars for DEI training in Serbia.
Or millions of dollars for abortions all over the f*cking world.

Wait what? This congressman has stated that sending 50 million dollars worth of condoms to Gaza or paying media platforms to push a certain narrative against an opponent is authorized by them ?

These cucks screaming are the ones that need to go under oath, not Musk. The projection never stops. They need to testify about their checking accounts, their regular home and their vacation homes....they need to talk about their stock portfolio and that account in the Caymans that they don't pay taxes on. Honestly, some of them need to be waterboarded while their genitals are attached to a car battery.
