I went walking around downtown this AM. Looked like ICE was staging around the Hilton. National Guard on almost every corner on Royal. Also you can probably go as fast as you want in the interstate anywhere in La. right now as all the State Police are down there.

You can go as fast as you want on 1-10 in Orleans Parish anyway. I’ve never seen anyone pulled over for speeding

went to the Olympics last August, Gendarmerie was everywhere, they weren't menacing or threatening but they were absolutely everywhere, they were friendly, crowds were friendly, didn't here of any trouble anywhere, and there was a ton of humanity moving about every day

They could come to Katy, TX. Nice place to live. Plus the ICE-men would have enough work to keep occupied until retirement. Something to think about.
