At this point is probably Todd Graves or bust.
NFL ownership requires at least 30% and only take out a max of 1.2 Billion in debt.
So anyone thinking the Mannings can get a group together, probably not.

If ever there was a reason to pull the Raiders and bring in Brees or the Mannings as a minority partner, now is the time. Sell Brees a 1% stake and let him be the face of ownership.

They could get a group together, but they would be more of a symbolic ownership with a very minor stake in the team. Pretty sure Magic did something similar with Washington. Where things can get a little dicey if something like this happened is the fact the Arch will be in the league next year, and people are already swooning over one of Peyton's sons.

The NFL requires a controlling owner to hold at minimum a 30% stake in the team and forbids ownership groups of over 24 people; one team, the Green Bay Packers, is exempt from this under a grandfather clause and is owned by shareholders. The rules were relaxed this offseason to allow private equity firms to buy a stake in teams. They have to own at least 3% but can own no more than 10% of the team.

I am not saying a guy like Brees would be anything more than an ownership cheerleader. Brady barely owns 5 percent of the Raiders yet is calling all the shots. You get Brees or Peyton or Eli to buy in and just make sure they are visible and let Bensel and Gayle fade into the background.

Gayle gave her blessing to Bensel allowing him to offer assistance to the archdiocese to cover up the pedo ring by the catholic church. Emails were sent to news media by Greg using the Saints and NFL logo/letterhead advising to use leniency on the archbishop.
