Is this the beginning of the end of the legendary Walk Ons?

Ever since covid and "they couldn't get the same food", so I was told, the food and service has been crappy at least at the bossier location.

I feel like they expanded too fast. Look at what happened to Planet Hollywood in the 90’s.

Every item on the menu should be lowered $2-3 easily.

They've sold the franchises, so their money has already been made.

To buy a franchise with Walk-Ons Bistreaux and Bar, you'll need to have at least liquid capital of $200,000 and a minimum net worth of $1,000,000. Franchisees can expect to make a total investment of $1,200,000 - $2,500,000.

How much revenue can you make with a Walk-On's Bistreaux & Bar franchise? A Walk-On's Bistreaux & Bar franchised restaurant makes on average $4,779,000 in revenue (AUV) per year.

I've recently found out that they have a Vegas location. Had no idea they've expanded that much.

It's inside the Linq. An order of cheese logs is $20 there.

Not sure how it does but the Covington location was dirty AF the past 2 times I went. Place isn’t even that old and it looks like they’ve given up. Too many other options around here we’ll never go back.

That's a hit for the city of Broussard. People coming to town for tournaments at St Julian need a place to sit down and eat. There ain't but 3-4 places in Broussard to do that. The city needs to step up it's game and start recruiting some restaurants.

Also closed 2 in Orlando, FL last fall early summer.

Figured this would hit you hard

Better keep hitting those best restaurant posts before all the Walk On's are gone.

I’m not going to defend their food as top authentic Cajun, but there’s restaurants who do serve authentic Cajun dishes, as good as your mama’s kitchen, who use imported shrimp. Especially if that shrimp is covered in gumbo or an etouffee.

BR towne center location is awful

Always though Portillo's could fill this void

it's a large place with quick service and ballpark food. I have no doubt it would serve the Broussard/Youngsville parks and be full all of the time. And the food is very consistent.
