What to throw on the grill today?

Got 2 racks of ribs seasoned up and the joe heating up. I usually max out the Joe with 3 racks but only picked up 2.
Got a little extra room left, what should I throw on the grill?

In a bowl mix cream cheese, parmesan cheese, spinach, thyme, oregano, salt and pepper. Stuff pork loin with mixture. Roll up and wrap with bacon. Wrap in foil and cook at 400* until 145*. Take off grill and unwrap. Place under broiler to crisp up bacon

Not on the grill but I’m thinking about getting a couple live lobsters from Kroger and boiling them

Well, it's Sunday and I hung three 3+ lb. slabs of pork belly in my smoker to cold smoke for several hours.
Before I did that I finished off the Hogs Head Cheese I started last night by chopping up the meat, removing the congealed fat off the top of the gel and put the gel in a pot to heat. Then added some chopped up jalapeno and cayenne peppers along with a bit of parsley and green onion to wilt in the liquid as it simmered.
Then poured the liquid back into the chopped up meat and panned it up to cool before refrigerating to set. It is about 1/2 set now and I should be tasting it in about 3 more hours or so.
Going to be a good Sunday.

It is a beautiful day, and wished I was taking advantage of it to smoke some ribs.
But instead, I’m being a lazy arse because I got drunk last night after frying some specks, shrimps and hush puppies.

We had BBQ chicken, potato salad, deviled eggs and baked beans at the parents house. Damn it was delicious on a nice spring day.
Think I’m going to plan to smoke a turkey breast and maybe some ribs next weekend before it gets cold again. My buddy requested a tri-tip for the Super Bowl, so maybe one of those, too.

Just doing a few burgers with baked beans and lays bbq chips as the sides.
Always finish seasoning them with a nice amount of cayenne.
This what they looked like the last go round.
