We know, but many on here don’t like the facts because it hurts their feelings.

This is so fricking stupid. You actually believe this post ,cobbled together from various Gov org websites means the FAA is hiring folks with mental disorders or intellectual impairment for ATC jobs. Those impairments listed on the second page are possible impairments that may still allow for government work in qualifying positions.
Go to the actual FAA website and look at the job openings. Yes ATC jobs are open to those with disabilities but its depends on the disability. They may higher someone in a wheelchair for example The FAA is not hiring folks with down syndrome, schizophrenia or epileptics etc... as ATCs. The FAA has strict medical standards for air traffic controllers, and there are many that are considered disqualifying conditions.
There are problems with DEI hiring practices.... lots of them, but just making up ridiculous bullshite like the FAA is hiring ATCs with severe intellectual disabilities isnt helping the matter . . If something like an ADHD diagnosis can disqualify an ATC applicant, a severe mental/ intellectual disability would obviously disqualify someone as well.

We need separate companies. A DEI airlines where only Dems can use and it only employs DEI hires. Then Red Line for Pubs, with no DEI hires. Do same for medical and other industries.

I don't mind them hiring people with disabilities at all. In fact, I'm glad that they aren't simply excluded from employment. But I sure as hell do not want a blind person as an ATC 
and I will never ever understand why they have goals to hire a certain % of employees from such-and-such group. Competency and capability matter.

FAA.org isnt the FAA website. LINK is the website. Link to where they list the qualifying disabilities for ATC jobs. Link to where they list the qualifying disabilities for any job on the FAA website.
Then try a little common sense. Are ATC controllers being hired that are the most qualified. Not if DEI hiring practices are being implemented. That is wrong and we can probably agree on that point.
But you if actually think someone with known severe intellectual disabilities or psychiatrics disorders are being hired as ATCs then you have no idea what you are talking about.

I was just being snarky cause you called me a moron. We dont disagree on DEI hiring being a problem and Im glad Trump is tackling the issue head on...but that Libs or Tik Tok post and unfortunately Trump is taking a list of possible qualifying disabilities for all gov jobs and saying that it represents qualifying disabilities for ATCs jobs and that isnt true.

I’m calling everybody morons these days because I’m sick and tired of everybody bitching and moaning about everything while forgetting what we just went through for 4 years.
I’m a pissed off American because these democrats destroyed our country for the past 4 years and after seeing the way these people treated RFK, Hegseth and Tulsi today by screaming and yelling at them just pisses me off.
These democrats need to be held accountable and Rachel Maddow, The View, MSNBC, etc are destroying our country. I just can’t believe how many people in this country are pissed off that Trump is getting these murderers, rapists, etc out of our country and they are still pissed off at him.
