I agree but in the meantime, I converted all my gas cans using these: LINK

No, no. Those are for water. It is not recommended to use these for other liquids.

Gas cans are only to transport gas from station to a place where I can use these to fill whatever needs filling.

I've spilt more gas with all these crap nozzles than couldve ever evaporated. The ones with the little hook that rest on the lip of the opening are the worst.
All you need is a cap on the on end to put on and take off.

Eagle, Justrite, No-Spill, SureCan, plus you can get all types of metal and plastic jerry cans from Mil-Spec to knockoffs. Not like they are hard to find by any means.

You're so used to giving an inch. We shouldn't have to find the work around. The new style cans shouldn't be mandated to be sold at the stores. People spill more gas with the new cans than with the old and everyone knows it and we still accept it.

ACE Hardware

Got this one at Ace Hardware and it works great, no spill and easy to fill up. I did trash one that I got a Lowes (different brand/style) that sucked though

I'm not going to waste my time complaining about them either. Stop buying them and go on with life while filling up your equipment faster and less spillage.

Buy "water" cans instead. Same thing as the old gas cans, but now it's "only" for water. *wink-wink

A used 5 gallon hydraulic fluid bucket works great. I also installed one of those little "breather" valves .
