Just out of curiosity, could Pam Bondi go after the money that the corrupt Biden family stole in lieu of going after the family members themselves? If the money was shown to be illegaly obtained, take it away and give it back to the taxpayers.

I'd love it if we just played by the Dem rules set out and Trump just gave pardons out for all of his family and his cabinet, today, and watch the meltdown from the left.

At this point, what in the frick could they say?

To me, the Jan. 6 Committee didn't actually destroy evidence, their staff did it for them. Start there. We can get what we want.

Similarly, the Biden's may have been pardoned for laundering money, but the banks they used weren't, nor were any accountants, partners, etc. Lots of opportunity there.

True. Pardons are a superficial relief that opens the pardoned party to other legal dangers. Pardons do not cover civil penalties so monetary and property seizures are in play.

According to Schumer regarding Trump last election you can't issue preemptive pardons.

That's the amendment I was hoping Biden would propose, pass and sign on his way out.

That's why the stupid pardon went so deep as to include basically everyone involved down to the lowest staffers.

How these people think they haven't destroyed every ounce of moral standing they possible still had is beyond me.
