Captain America, Iron Man, or Hawkeye. I didn't like Hawkeye overall but he had a good arc.
Loki-- good story but honestly overexposed. He was a victim of Marvel's bad decisions.
Thor-- had a good run but Taika Waititi trashed it in the end.
Hulk-- started strong, completely neutered by Marvel.
Dr. Strange-- started strong, went off the rails in Multiverse of Madness.
Everyone else isn't worth mentioning.
Captain America had a great story and happy ending. Weird if you start to imagine he stayed on the sidelines during some of major historical conflicts but oh well.
Iron Man-- just a great start to finish arc. Could be weird on how they work in Dr. Doom.
Hawkeye-- again I never liked him as an Avenger but they did keep him within his powers and had a good story for him. Though I didn't watch his dumb show.

Thor had by far the worst arc. Started off as a God of Thunder. Ended by being an emasculated fat slob.

That’s a very reductionist view.
He was arrogant and brash as a young man and humbled many times but fought through the challenges and evolved including when he became a fat loser after the snap.

You mean how Thor would have a crisis of conscience or self-identity almost every movie and have to rediscover himself or his true source of power??? Not much of an arc if you ask me.

How do you know it was dumb then?
I'd argue it was one of the more fun MCU Disney+ shows

I may be off but he really only “discovered” a new true source of power in Ragnarok and Infinity War
He went from arrogant god/prince to mortal and sacrificed his life for earth and was rewarded with the same power. He kept that all the way till Ragnarok when Mjolnr got crushed.
While Watiti made entertaining movies and killed a lot of that growth, he really just became a more humble (albeit dumbed down for comedic effect) servant leader until the snap.
While I didn’t like God and Thunder that much, his final appeal to Gorr was the same humility and sacrifice in the first Thor.
I definitely have my criticisms of the arc and neutering, don’t get me wrong.

I guess the first movie doesn't count where he is literally stripped of his powers and banished to Earth?
