Anyone have a neat Latin Quarter rental suggestion?

Gonna rent a place in Paris for a week this summer, thinking Latin Quarter. Pouring through the Airbnbs is daunting. Suggestions?

I have rented an apartment twice in Paris, both times from Paris Best Lodge ,com. One was on rue Mazarine which is in the St. Germain des Pres neighborhood where it meets the Latin Quarter. I like the vibe of that area. Highly recommended.

Who knew there was a trade off between elevators and a/c? We chose a/c.
Views and general location was the toughest thing to pick between, but we found a place in the Latin Quarter that looks nice.

Any cool things we shouldn’t miss in the area?

Outside of the typical touristy things (churches, Luxembourg gardens, Pantheon, etc...) we just really enjoyed walking around the neighborhood. Chapon et la Chocolaterie de l'Eglise is a block north of the Luxembourg gardens and has fantastic chocolate mousse.

I haven’t had a good chocolate mousse in a while. Will write that one down.

Buy tickets to the top of the Eiffel Tower
If you go to the Louvre, buy tickets as far out as possible and try to get the first entry time of the day
Hotel des Invalides/Napolean's Tomb/Musee d'Armee was a pleasant surprise, wasn't expecting it to be so good
Go to the top of the Arc de Triomph. Most people don't know that you can. We went on top at night and it was awesome
Go to the Trocadero one evening to see the Tower and people watch
Near Notre Dame is a great bistro for breakfast or lunch - Cafe St. Regis
If you are doing Versailles, clear a whole day, buy early morning tickets and get in line before it opens. We were able to get pictures in the Hall of Mirrors with no one in the background
Notre Dame was closed when we went, but we went to Saint Chappelle, and the stained glass walls were amazing. It is a lot smaller that Notre Dame but most agree the stained glass is better
