I remember when the DeSimps said Lara had to earn it in 2026. Now that someone is going to run against Moody in 2026 they are crying foul.

No, I'm pretty sure she is not a RINO. She was one of the 15 state AGs that sided with Paxton asking the Supreme Court of the United States to invalidate the 2020 presidential election results in Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin. She was also on the Board of Directors of the Rule of Law Defense Fund which was one of the organizations that encouraged the gathering at the Capitol building to call for a halt on the counting of the Electoral College ballots. She also sued the federal government & CDC back during the COVID stuff. I'm pretty sure trump is pleased with her being the selection.

Did he spend early November in a coma? Lara & Co. did take their foot off the gas after the main event but she did tremendous work shutting down the big steal.
