Are you asking for thin crust or cracker crust?

I’m a big fan of Rocca

For a more traditional thin I like Var's, there small is very good, but there large pizza needs to probably cook a little longer.
Red Zeppelin is good and is very consistent. You always know what you are going to get.
Rocca pizza is very good. I wouldn't necessarily call it a thin crust, but it is pretty thin and always done right.
For cracker thin, Rotolo's Craft and Crust is great (not Rotolo's Pizzeria)
For a fast food style pizza, Gattis thin is surprisingly adequate. It wouldn't be my first choice for pizza, but its the best of the thin out of like Pizza Hut, Dominos, etc.

I’m still searching for that wonderful thin crust pizza in BR. Zeppelin is close to my favorite, but that’s closer to medium crust. Rocca has so much potential, but the last two thin ones I got were very gooey, almost wet crust. I agree with Rotollo’s craft and crust, probably best cracker and deep dish.

Lit Pizza? TBH I wasnt a fan of Lit for a long time . Crust is thin but can be soggy and the whole pizza always seemed under cooked imo. Then I brought some home and popped it into the air fryer and once everything crisped up the flavors and textures really popped. Now its my goto for thin crust pizza...but gotta air fry it.

Lit Pizza
I picked up one at lunch last October. It was fine.
I asked them to cook it well done so it would be crisp...they complied.

Yea I eat a couple times a month. That why I suggested it. I've asked them to cook it well done.....and sometimes they comply....but I usually hit pizza, fries, wings etc for a few minutes in the air fryer anyway cause I like all that stuff extra crispy

Yeah i feel the same about Rocca, I think it’s the brick oven pizzas I don’t generally like.
