Bold prediction: Klint Kubiak > Kliff Kingsbury

I think 10 years from now, Klint Kubiak will be viewed as the better coach
It's funny how after 2 games, everyone was plotting to somehow get DA removed and make Kubiak the head coach, then all the injuries and he can't even get a sniff

I think Klint did fine considering the injuries.

All I can take from Kingsbury is that any coach that runs a system that allows this Saints team to sack a Quarterback with the elusiveness of Jayden Daniels 8 times, must not run a very good scheme.

You can reel that in about 8 years.

I liked Kubiaks scheme. He used Hill worlds better than Payton and Carmichael ever did.
Emphasised the run, maybe even too much at times. Ran plenty of motion and play action.
And I think he took advantage of what Carr does well and tried to maximize it.
Shame the injuries hit and couldn’t see what he could do all year. Does seem like a good oline is mandatory for what he likes to do.

Agreed. He had a patch O-line and decimated skill position players.
Yet we still ran an effective offense much of the time. Not sloppy like you’d expect from attrition.
Rattler made tons of progress in 5 starts and actually looked solid after shitting the bed to start.
That’s 100% coaching. Kubiak did really well given the circumstances.

Kubiak and the O were rolling just fine then the wheels literally fell off.
Will be interesting to see the direction the FO goes.

Agreed. Like you said, he emphasized the run a little too much but his schemes were decent.
