The changing of the climate is real. It has been changing long before monkeys stood up. That has nothing to do with primates wanting to live in dry environments and steal water from other places to make it work.

No rain for 8 months

I heard they had above average rain fall and did not fill their reserves as they should have

Well LA County could have beat this climate change by removing debris and undergrowth, like they are supposed to.

The climate is continually changing and has been for millions of years. There was a solution to the water shortage, but an idiot governor chose not to do anything. The existential threat to America are liberal politicians. We need to ship them all to northern Magaland formerly known as Greenland.
