If true, not surprised Loomis will micromanage new coaching hire and not rebuild the team.

If that's the case, why not just hire someone already on the staff?

That’s why none of it matters. Draft position, number of draft picks, new coach and staff, salary cap. None of it matters as long as Loomis is here. Somehow, some way, he’s got to be removed.

I'm actually OK with Glenn as the hire. Let's be honest, this team is 2-4 years from being competitive due to the cap and QB situation. Let Glenn come in and tank for a year or two then clean house and hopefully find a QB in the meantime via draft or FA.

Loomis is the Jerry Jones of GM’s. Narcissistic and incapable of realizing it with no one above to hold accountable.

That won’t happen unless Loomis decides it’s time to rebuild and do all the things to put you in position to win in 4 years, like trade players for picks, trade back for picks, release aging players and cap burdens.

Problem is Loomis thinks we’re a player or 3 away from a SB. So we’ll continue to live in cap hell, have an aging roster, and not get much young talent drafting 9-15th.

Every year Loomis does this, he digs the hole a little deeper.

In essence that means Loomis is the HC and is simply adding a DC to the staff who is the HC in name only. This is gross.

If this is true, and I tend to believe it to be, we are screwed for as long as Loomis remains in this position here.

Yup, Loomis will stop at Walgreens today during his 3 hour power lunch to get plenty of gum for his snacking presser later this week.

Correct, the move savvy posters here have been touting to sell and maybe move the team. It’s the only hope.

This is the same failed strategy that Jerry Jones has been using and it's a proven failure. Meddling in HC matters undercuts the HC.
